(“Olsson”) to investment funds managed by Morgan Stanley Capital Partners (“MSCP”), the middle-market focused private equity team at Morgan Stanley Investment Management. The transaction was led by Jessica Zofnass Barclay, Trevor Casey, and Emily Shaw.
